My name is Keith Dowsett. I have lived and worked on the Sunshine Coast since 1987.
I have worked in a number of computer related areas since 1985. My work has ranged from providing support for a computer network in a large office (100+ computers), to repairing and fault finding on individual computers, and providing training for individuals and groups in using computers.
During 2000 and 2001 I studied Information Technology at the Cooloola Institute of TAFE, and gained a Diploma of Information Technology (Level 4 PC Support)
I started the business in July 2002 with the intention of providing quality computer systems and informed advice without the “tech talk”. I focus my business methods around honesty and clear communication. My main goal is to ensure that you, the customer, are completely informed, and happy with the work that I do.
I have spent many years working in an industry that relies on security of personal information, and you can trust me to ensure that the data on your computer is always secure.
WHAT I DO
I am able to supply a new or used computer built to your specifications and without you spending money on components or functions that you do not need.
I will spend time with you to work out exactly what you want from your computer and design a system to suit your budget.
I ensure that you are aware of what the costs will be before carrying out any work.
I provide ongoing support and rarely charge for telephone assistance. I believe that you deserve to get what you paid for - I ask that if at any time you feel that I have not served you well, or have left the job unfinished, please get in touch and I will do all I can to rectify the situation.
